We have liability insurance but we have never lost a single sample in our 20 years. Our systems and processes make losing samples impossible.

If there are any issues with any medical samples, our advanced medical courier software acts as a centralised hub where couriers, fleet managers, clinic staff and lab managers can see everything they need to see instantly. Every collection and delivery is meticulously tracked which means you will be able to search for the collection in question and see the exact details of its entire journey.

At the moment the legislation for commercial drone collections are still in process. However, we will be running some important clinic tests with our drone partners later this year.

Although what we do has to be done with care and high responsibility as we are transporting Medical samples, you will find our prices to be very competitive. We charge what is fair for our customers, what we pay what is fair to all our couriers to ensure our business running and yours is running well.
